Judoka Ilse Heylen from Belgium is the 2004 Olympic bronze medallist in Athens. In 3 Olympics she reached the top 8. In 2005 she was European Champion. Heylen won 45 World Cup medals, 17 victories and more than 50 international medals, more than any Belgian judoka. She won the African Open in Casablanca in 2016. She was promoted 7th Dan in June 2022.
