British judoka Maddy Birri won the Welsh Open U21 Cardiff in 2019 and British U18 and U21 Championships. In 2021 Madeleine took bronze medals at Cadet and Junior Championships. She took a bronze medal as a youngster at the British U15 Championships Sheffield U40kg in 2018. Maddy took a gold medal at the Scottish Open Championships in Largs in 2023. She bagged a silver medal at the Junior European Cup in Skopje in 2023. She clinched a bronze medal at the Junior European Cup in Poznan in 2024. Seized gold at the Northern Ireland Open Derry in 2024.
